Helpful Tips, Artwork Guidelines to get faster Printing Results
Artwork Guidelines – Well prepared artwork speeds up your job, gets your printing back to you faster and produces the best possibly end result!
It is best advised to supply your print ready documents as High Resolution PDF files of at least 600dpi.

To ensure your print job goes to press as efficiently as possible, PDF files should be supplied single page.
If your file is multi page, the file should be supplied as single pages layout in the one PDF file.
It is not necessary to impose or step up your files as we do that for you in our pre-press department.
If your file is extremely large in size, please contact our customer service staff for advice, as processing of large files can slow down the pre-press and the printing process. We can offer suggestions that can make your file more user friendly and easier to handle and work with.
If your file has bleed, (print that extends to the edge of the paper), please allow at least 3mm Bleed and suitable trim marks. If you are unclear on this or need assistance, please feel free to contact one of our customer service staff and we will be more than happy to assist.
There are times when your file may need to be proofed due to issues with digital files. If this is the case, one of our customer service team members will be in contact with you to organize proofing of your pint job.
If your artwork is being supplied or has been prepared by a graphic designer, please inform them that you are printing the job digitally,this way, your designer will know how to best prepare the file for optimum print quality. If necessary, your designer can contact us if they require any technical details regarding your printing job.
